The SRD series heavy duty single shaft shredders are specially designed for handling household waste, industrial solid waste, leather and clothing leftover materials. The cutting chamber dimensions are 1600mm-3000mm and features a large output, highly adjustable rotation speed and torque impact protection.

The shredder delivers uniform and consistent particle sizes. The shredding machine works as a secondary shredder to further reduce the material size. Large cutter blades are designed for an easier replacement, longer service life, lower maintenance costs and lower manual labor levels compared to traditional shredders.

Features Screen unit hydraulic open: the access door offers easy access for quick maintenance. Shaft: modular design, surface-hardening treatment, extended service life. The fabricated cutter holder provides easy replacement and maintenance. The interior hydraulic processing ram features a compact structure and delivers stable material feeding. Hydraulic maintenance flap gate: easy removal of foreign objects and simple cutter adjustment and maintenance. Torque limiter: protective tripping function to protect the machine from overload caused by foreign matter, the drive system and the resistance system will separate instantly to minimize the loss.
