Nubway has a factory of more than 2,000 square meters, more than 50 front-line production employees and monthly output of more than 600 equipment sets.

We carry out production according to ISO13485 standardized process. By adopting assembly line which means that each one is charged with specific responsibilities, we can minimize the failure rate while ensuring the production efficiency.

We will ensure that there is sufficient stock of frequently used accessories. So that we can send it to our customers in the first place when they need it. The core accessories of most products are imported from Germany, Japan, Korea, the United States with quality assurance.

During the assembly of the products, we will maintain a strict standard on each detail and each equipment.

The quality assurance department has more than 10 professional high precision testing equipment sets: laser energy meter, thermal imager, oscilloscope, multimeter, photon energy tester, high voltage test equipment, digital electric bridge, infrared thermometer, laser pulse width tester, capacitance meter, load meter, leakage current tester, withstand voltage tester, earth resistance tester and high precision current and voltage tester. Before packaging and shipment, the professional quality assurance team will carry out comprehensive inspection of product performance. We will carry out 3 rounds of strict inspection for each kind of products.

The aging test is carried out to make the products have the best performance before shipment. Thus ensuring that our customers will be 100% satisfied with the high quality products.

All the products adopt aviation aluminum box as their packaging. The EPE forming liner inside the packaging box is specially designed for each type of products. It is used to secure the products so that the products are absolutely safe during transportation.
We only choose DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT as our logistics company, because they have high transport speed, high security and can provide our customers with high quality door to door service.
