Water Spray Retort

STWMF water spray retorts are made of stainless steel and are equipped with an imported specialized computer and automatic recorder. This allows the water spray retorts to precisely control and record the full sterilization process, and a horizontal design is utilized to increase the water spray area and improve the working efficiency.

The water spray retort is equipped with a heat exchanger. Stream from the factory’s boiler enters the heat exchanger, thus heating water inside the retort. Water is then sprayed onto the empty cans for a sterilization through inner pipes. Compared to water immersion, this method saves both water and energy.
