FW 4300, PTFE Anti-wear Agent

Lanpoly FW 4300 PTFE anti-wear agent, made of 100% PTFE, is a kind of free flowing white powder.

Applied in thermoplastics resins, FW 4300 can improve their lubricating performance and wear resistant performance, and it can also avoid surface defects and scaling phenomenon of injection parts. It can be used for PA, POM, PC, PET, PI, PPS and PSF, and the finished parts can show excellent lubricating and anti-wear performance. Usually the addition amount is 5-20%. Besides, it can also be coated on the surface of transport cans to form lubricating layer, which can ensure safety in storage and in transporting process. Moreover, it can also be used in paints to improve non-sticking performance, lubricating performance and wear resistance.
