PPA 2800S, Polymer Processing Additives

Lanpoly PPA 2800S is mainly used for polyolefin and engineering plastics. It can improve the processing performance of polyolefin and engineering plastics with very low additive amount (50-1000 ppm), producing no influence on the physical properties of resins themselves or the bonding, printing and heat sealing properties of products.

Processing guide

The dispersion degree of PPA in resins determines its effect to a great extent. 2-3% masterbatch is recommended to be first made by twin screw extruder and then added to extrusion resins according to target additive amount. In first-time use, there will be 20-60 min onset time according to equipment, raw material and shearing speed. For equipment that long-term continuously uses PPA 2800S, there’s no onset time.
