Equipped with actuating motor and high precision gear and rack, this kind of fiber laser cutting machine has the high cutting precision of ±0.05mm This kind of fiber laser cutting machine has double worktable. It only takes 15 seconds for loading and unloading with high efficiency. The drive system is very reliable by using the variable frequency motor. The fiber laser cutting machine is featured with full cover protection of operators from laser radiation. Equipped with surrounded dust collecting system which can connect with external filtration equipment for dedusting. Real-time monitoring system makes it possible for the operators to follow the processing schedule. The computer controlled cutting system can conduct automatic edge detection.

Laser head is equipped with double water-cooling device to protect the lens form overheating.

The material of machine body experienced with annealing process to relieve stress and make it more ductile and stable, which can keep machine functioning smoothly on the high power condition.

Cast aluminum beam experienced artificial aging treatment before the finishing machining, which makes its hardness level be T6, together with abrasion resistance and oxidation resistance. The beam is very light because of aluminum material, which makes the speed of manufacturing higher.
