Press brake tooling is used for processing metal plates, and ours has undergone a full body treatment to ensure it features a high hardness and a high compression resistance. In addition, we offer customization services according to customer provided design drawings.

Features
42CrMo alloy tool steel from Bao Steel is used as the raw material, and undergoes a forging, heat treatment, lathe, milling, and grinding process for a higher surface treatment. Our press brake tooling undergoes a full body heat treatment to ensure it features a hardness of 48~52HRC, with compression resistance (100T/M) higher than other competitors with a compression resistance of 80T/M. The delivery period is typically 25 days, though for European and Taiwanese customers, that period is extended to 60 days. Matching Equipment
