The main body of this advanced machinery is CAD designed, and features a 3-beam, 4 column structure, a separated hydraulic power unit, and a two-cylinder synchronous control system. The three-beam structure is a welded unit, with all parts tempered for an added mechanical performance. We offer floor type milling and boring machines with a high processing precision, and the machine body features a polystyle structure. All columns are treated through quenching, tempering and chrome coating, after which the machine body features a high toughness, durability, and scratch and abrasion resistance. Our equipment uses a new sealing element type for oil cylinders with a strong reliability and long service life. The machine is PLC controlled for an exceptional reliability. We use a displacement sensor and noncontact switch in our machine, ensuring the control and precision. The working pressure and route are both adjustable within the motion scope route. The idle stroke and working speed are both adjustable for a high processing quality and work efficiency. We use a pressure sensor during the compressing molding process with an excellent closed loop control and oil cylinder synchronization. The sliding balance features no off-balance loading. We use a safety device that has integrated the machine, electricity, and liquid, as well as other advanced safety strategies for light control, two-hand operation strategy, and multichannel alarm. The manual operation strategy is easy to grasp, and the operation control system is easy to use with a low failure rate. It can also be designed with electric control.
