Features
According to 3 point forming circle principles, the rolling machine produces barrels with a variety of different radiuses. The straight-line edge from pre-bending, and the barrel circle perfection are better than the hydraulic symmetric rolling machine with 3 rollers. The upper roller’s position is fixed, and the lower roller moves up and down for metal plate clamping. The two side rollers also move up and down to adjust the metal plate curvature.
