Shear blades are used to apply shear force to metal sheets in a variety of sizes, so that sheets are cut to the required size. Our shear blades are used for handling stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, high manganese steel and metal sheets.

Compatible with a variety of guillotine shears and swing beam shears. Our shear blades feature double sided countersink or threaded hole, including 4, 2, or 1 cutting edge with threaded hole.
Whole blades quenched and tempered, significantly increasing the hardness to HRC58°-64° and extending the working life.
High alloy materials available: 5WSiCr, 9CrSi, 6W2SiCr, Cr12MoV, H13, H13K, LD, W18Cr4V.
