High Efficiency Fluid Bed Dryer Series GFG

Weiying GFG series high efficiency fluid bed dryer is a round structured equipment mainly used for drying of wet granules and powder materials in the pharmaceutical, food, feed, chemical industries, etc. Furthermore, the high efficiency fluid bed dryer can also be applied in drying of granules processed by screw extrusion, oscillating, and high-speed wet mixing. As you can see, due to its wide applications, the high efficiency fluid bed dryer is also provided with drying of materials that may change in size when dried, such as konjak and polyacrylamide, material sizes which ranging from large granules, small piece shaped materials to viscous materials.

Features The high efficiency fluid bed dryer applies a round structure, so as to avoid the dead corner happened in the dryer. The hopper is equipped with agitator to avoid the agglomeration of wet materials when drying. In the process of drying, under the assistance of gradient lifting board and heat flow, the materials can regulate and move to discharging valve of the dryer. In conjunction with the fully automated feeding and discharging system, the drying equipment offers an efficient and cost-effective way to discharge the final products. The airflow is filtered by fully sealed negative pressure device. Therefore, it is easy to operate and convenient to clean, which is the ideal equipment to meet the GMP requirements. The airflow provides optimal temperature uniformity resulting in consistently heating and drying density across the entire equipment. And the duration of the drying period for each batch has minimized to approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Technical Data
