Sheet Metal Fiber Laser Cutter with Shuttle Platform, GS-CE Laser Cutter

The GS-CE laser cutter is a fully enclosed laser cutting machine, where the fully enclosed design helps reduce the risk of laser radiation to the operators, but also efficiently prevents expulsion of metal chippings to the operating environment. This laser cutter series has a maximum power of 20000W, making it applicable to the cutting, punching and marking of a variety of precision accessories and equipment panels. The cutting seam on products processed by the fiber laser cutter is not influenced by the heat and usually requires no secondary processing.

Cutting samples Features An IPG laser is used to achieve high electro-optical conversation efficiency and save power consumption and operating cost. Double platform design: one platform cuts and the other platform operates loading/unloading simultaneously, thus enhancing the working efficiency. The cutting head focal length can be self-adjusted to the surface height of the materials. Even uneven surfaces are guaranteed a top cutting quality. A hand-held controller is equipped to manually control the cutting position. Driven by precision ball screw, pinion and rack and linear guide rail , the laser cutter is highly precise, highly efficient, and stable. The magnetic valve and proportional valve are controlled by the system. Input values in the numerical control system control the gas flow of the proportional valve, with no need for manual adjustment. The high strength integral welded machine body and aviation grade aluminum beam are high-temperature annealed to ensure long lifespan and no deformation. Specifications
