The JW-BZD2 semi-automatic packing line with a 10 heads weigher is composed of a vibratory feeder, inclined feeding conveyor, working platform, 10 heads weigher, diverter chute, and bag sealer to process granules, pieces, strips, round or irregular shaped products such as candies, seeds, jellies, French fries, peanuts, pet foods, puffed foods, frozen foods, hardware and more.

This system is designed with a dual discharging working station, and the packing speed reaches as high as 30 to 40 packs/minute, making it ideal for factories that need to process heavy bags with a large production flow rate.
