Automatic Carton Box Packing Machine

The back-end carton box packing line is composed of the infeed conveyor, roller conveyor, auto carton folding and forming machine, robotic arm supporting frame, auto carton sealing machine and robotic arms in parallel connection. This carton packing line is located in the back end of a production line in order to automatically finish carton opening, filling, sealing and stacking.

The robotic arms have a quick pick and place function, and move in multiple axis directions due to the visual positioning function. This ensures it is able to automatically stack packed boxes in order.

Height: 180-500mm

Advantages
Malfunction alert in the event of tape present on the carton box during the opening process, or if the box is missing.
Cartons are stored in vertical folded form, and no pause is needed for carton adding.
Applicable for mass production using the same carton configuration. We can add modifications for customers who need to process different carton sizes.
The robotic arms feature a modular design, simple installation and test-run with a longer durability.
Touchscreen control panel allows for easy operation, available for system modification if customers know how to re-program.
