Optical Sorting Machine

Our Sorting and Inspection System inspecting and sorting all kinds of fasteners including flat parts, nut, screw, rods, washers and other non-standard fasteners. The sorting machine uses a precision vision inspection system to solve problems caused by manual inspection, such as high cost, low efficiency and frequent operation errors. RKE’s optical fasteners inspection and sorting machine is designed to perform in a stable, reliable manner with an accuracy up to ±0.02 mm. According to specific customer needs, we can inspect samples, finished products, or install production lines for on line inspection.
