Separating ourselves from most other sheet metal fabrication providers, Jiatong can provide surface finishing for custom products after the other sheet metal processing stages are completed.

In order to produce products with a better appearance, or with the application of unique logos, customers can provide us with additional specifications, and we can apply spray techniques, electroplating, silk screening, anodizing, laser marking, etc.

Jiatong employs a semi-automatic electrostatic coating line. When we were looking into purchasing the coating line, we found that it was not enough to simply use powder coating. Therefore, we brought in a Gema electrostatic spray gun to maximize the quality of customized products and operate with flexibility for complex shapes.

After welding and polishing, in order to ensure a better surface effect, we will scrape the sheet metal where we grind after welding.
