The needles on the needle board are random needles, and the top bed plate adopts magnesium aluminum alloy, the stripper plate and bed plate adopts surface electroplated manganese steel (100 mm) to avoid rust.

This middle speed needle punching machine is equipped with 4 connecting rods and four guide pillars. The guide pillars adopts φ75mm 45# steel. And after finish machining by the lathe, the guide pillar enables the needle punching machine to be more solid, leading to more stable running. The guide pillars are equipped with self-made thicken bearing shell to provide better protection for the bearing.

There are 6 adjustable gears for the worm gear box of the needle beam. The motor can automatically adjust the lifting of the needle beam according to the thickness of feeding materials.

Because of faster needling speed of this middle speed needling machine, the main frame adopts 35mm carbon steel plate on two sides and the crossbeam adopts 25mm carbon steel plate. Then the middle speed needling punching machine is heavier and more solid. Therefore, vibration can be avoided.
