TPU Paint Protection Film Line

As a high-performance eco-friendly plastic film, TPU film is widely used in the auto beauty and maintenance industry thanks to its excellent shock resistance and yellowing resistance. TPU film is known as transparent paint protection film with properties of good flexibility, stretchability and repairability, and can help resist sand spattering and scratches when you are driving.

Our TPU paint protection film line mainly uses aliphatic TPU as raw materials to produce transparent TPU car paint protection film, and different color masterbatch can be added to the raw materials for colored TPU paint protection film. This TPU paint protection film line adopts advanced cast extrusion technology and employs specially designed screw, double-sided BOPET protective film automatic unwinder, automatic inline thickness measurement device and automatic winding device to ensure stable running and automatic production of premium quality TPU paint protection films. The produced TPU paint protection film can be made into high-end car paint protection film through subsequent processes of gluing, coating and surface treatment.
