Description
This carton folding and gluing line’s 1100 type automatic gluing line is equipped with a pre-folding device, left side lower gluing unit and squaring device in order to produce straight line boxes, crash lock bottom boxes, double wall boxes, and more.

The maximum speed of this folder gluer is 400 m/min and the maximum blank width is 1100mm, making it suitable for packaging carbon boards with a maximum size of 800 g/m² and corrugated boards of E, F and N types.

This machine is equipped with an online quality inspection machine that is connected to the register table. The carton board is fully registered before entering the inspection section for color difference detection, overprint deviation detection, die cutting deviation detection, bar code verification and more to not only ensure the inspection system’s stability, but also reduce labor costs.

Application

The SMARTVISION 1100 – PC is applicable to the production of straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.

The SMARTVISION 1100 – SL is used to manufacture straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other boxes.
