Description

This corrugated paper sheet to sheet laminating(mounting) machineis a custom-made machine easy to operate and is able to laminate 2 layer corrugated paper to 2 layer corrugated paper. After turning on the power, the user only needs to input the paper size, and then the corrugated paper machine will automatically complete the adjustment of each part, thereby realizing intelligent operation.

Components
Top sheet and bottom sheet system: The servo motor control system is equipped with Nitta suction belt of Japan, which enables the top and bottom sheet to be smoothly discharged.
Front and rear positioning system: The servo-controlled intermittent positioning makes the front and rear positioning of the corrugated paper more precise.
Left and right positioning system: The synchronous side gauges allow the bottom and side papers to be positioned more accurately in the process of laminating.

Gluing system: The stainless steel glue roller is used to ensure the uniformity of the glue grinding.

Transmission system: The double-sided tooth synchronous transmission makes the machine run smoothly and low noise.
Electrical System: The man-machine interface is combined with the PLC system, which can display information such as machine faults, abnormal conditions and operating speed on the screen to help customers know the condition of the machine.
