Cut Resistant PVC Gloves

In some works, workers need to use their hands to grip sharp tools or sharp materials. The workers’ hands may get injuried without the protection of a pair of work gloves. In order to meet this need, we designed and produced this cut-resistant glove.

This protective glove is designed based on kevlar knit dipped gloves. Kevlar has very high strength, which is 5 times stronger than steel. In the mean time it is very light due to low density. This ensures the kevlar glove has high cut resistantance with cut protection level 3. To further improve the cut resistance of this protective glove, we mixe the knitting process with the kevlar material on the glove surface and then we do the subsequent cutting, sewing and dipping to make the satefy glove realize higher cut protection level.
