With a thick square steel machine bed, the CNC engraving machine is heavier, and with a vibration treatment and dust-free sandblasting paint treatment the machine’s interior stress is significantly reduced. The woodworking machine is highly rigid and durable, making it capable of long work periods.

2. Vacuum Adsorption Table

The vacuum adsorption table is equipped with an adsorption strip and adsorption device, allowing it to adsorb materials in a variety of sizes.

3. Rotational Principal Axis

6. Transmission

The 3 axes are used with an HIWIN (Taiwan) square linear guide rail, the Z-axis is used with a TBI (Taiwan) 3210 ball screw, and the X-axis and Y-axis are used with an oblique gear rack drive and tightly linked to gear shaft, ensuring the torque transmission is even, and the noise levels reduced.

Highly compatible with software. The 4 axis CNC graver router is compatible with various CAD/CAM software, including Type3, ArtCAM, Castmate, and others. It will reduce errors through automatic control, even when processing uneven planks.
