1000mm Double Layer Plastic Film Extruder is a new model which has simple design, but owns very good output (max.extrusion output is 80kg/h). It can make jumbo roll size of 1000mm width, or 500mm width*2, or 333mm width*3. This is a top selling model among our stretch film machines, because of its very low price and stable working performance. We highly suggest the customer whose budget is not high may start with this model from the first beginning.

Features

Machine complete set of hardware parts are built with high quality material, which makes the whole machine into a strong/stable running condition. Screw length and diameter ratio: 30:1, for perfect plasticizing advantage. Casted aluminum heater in screw performs long life. T-DIE is made by our own branch Company in Shaoxin, die material-P20H, makes the film thickness even and 100% longer using life than normal market model. Highlight:
This cast film line is suitable for the production of low density polyethylene (LDPE) or linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic casting film. There are two different raw materials fed into the machine through the two feed inlets of the twin screw extruder, thus allowing it to stick only one side of the casting film. This technology is widely used to produce packaging for building materials and hardware accessories. The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAIA alloy steel through a nitriding treatment and precision manufacturing.
The cooling device is cooled using circulating water, ensuring an excellent film transparency.
