Carriage Bolt

Carriage bolts feature a round head and square neck. They are generally classified into two types: a large half rounded head carriage bolt, and a small half round head carriage bolt.

The square neck under the head is placed into the slot during installation, preventing the bolt from turning. It is used in conjunction with a nut for fastening and connection two parts through holes.
