Powder Metal Sintered Bushing

Porous bearings are produced using metal powder as the main raw material, mixing different metal supplementary materials according to special needs. Using a hydraulic press or mechanical press, it is made directly in compression molding, then the physical and mechanical properties of bushing are improved through a sintering process. Finally, using a pore impregnation process and porosity of the sintered body, we add lubricating oil with a volume ratio from 10% to 40%, which facilitates the lubrication of the bushing itself during operation. With features of low cost, vibration absorption, low noise and no lubrication, the bushing manufactured by powder metallurgy processing is particularly appropriate for environments where the oil dirt is not allowed or the lubrication is not convenient. Sintered metal oil bushing has been applied widely, such as in automobile, household appliance, audio equipment, office equipment, agricultural machinery, food machinery and precision machinery.
