Features The integrated linear stage is made of duralumin and the surface is treated by anodizing. The linear stage is easy to use with a compact structure, and five-dimensional adjustment can be realized in a small space. The micrometer heads of two horizontal axes are mounted on the same horizontal plane for easy operation. Adopting ball bearing guide, the stage moves smoothly, which ensures the stage has a high accuracy of straightness, yawing and pitching. The drive structure of Z axis is rigid, which makes the stage has larger load capacity. The pitching and rolling adjustment is driven by M6X0.25 superfine adjustment screw with reset spring, making the linear stage has an excellent stability. Micrometer head drive is adopted to read quantificationally. The stage table is undefinedreset by spring and other ingenious mechanism design is adopted to eliminate backlash, therefore, the stage has a higher precision.
