The horizontal piston filler is widely adopted for filling pastes, like polyurethane sealant, modified saline adhesive and so on.

Description

This filler is designed for products with extremely high requirements on sealing property. And it is capable of filling high viscosity liquids. Distinguished from other fillers, it can only fill aluminum cartridges, which is also related closely with the properties of the filling materials. Besides, this filler is integrated with automatic cartridge feeding, automatic plunger feeding, filling, plunger inserting, desiccant adding, cartridge closing with aluminum cap and code-printing.
