The cylinder drive plunger pump feeds raw materials by means of pressurization. The piston feeder is mainly used to feed additives for static mixer or feed low viscosity color pastes with certain fluidity.

Features With a 60L stainless steel material barrel, a pneumatic plunger pump is used for pumping and feeding. Inside the barrel is a material detecting device, which will automatic alarms when the level lower than a certain position. And a mixing device is also equipped. This feeder is suited for feeding additives and color pastes with low viscosity and good fluidity. This piston filler should be used together with static mixer, having standard electrical interfaces.
