The G0201 series stainless steel cookware with a steel lid includes a stainless steel casserole dish and a stainless steel saucepan, both of which are made using 5 ply steel. The inner side is made of a high quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the outer side is made using a high quality SUS430 magnetic heat conducting stainless steel. The middle 3 layers are an aluminum alloy with an outstanding heat conductivity to heat the dish evenly.
