Overview

TPU cast film line is well designed to produce TPU hot melt film, TPU laminating film and highly transparent TPU film. The line accept both high-temperature and low-temperature TPU resins, and it can run different types of TPU film products.

What are the advantages of TPU film? TPU is increasingly popular because of its superior performance and environmental protection concept. At present, wherever PVC is used, TPU can become a substitute for PVC. TPU film can not only be laminated with various fabrics, but also can produce products with clear contours and stable dimensions by vacuum thermoforming. The application of TPU is becoming more and more extensive. Among them, those areas grow faster: shoe lining, thermal underwear, transparent underwear, transparent shoulder straps, elastic bands and medical breathable tapes. In addition, there are also a large number of applications in the field of clothing fabric compounding.
