The magnifier is mainly used in the accurate quality detection of the surface printing on aluminum tubes and aluminum cans. Wall Thickness Micrometer

Principle of Measurement
The fixed gauge button of wall thickness micrometer gauge is sphere. It is used to measure pipe thickness.

It is the measuring appliance which uses principle of screw pair and reads the distance between spherical measuring surface and flat measuring surface to measure pipe thickness.

Digital Vernier Caliper

Aerosol Can Contact Height Measurer

The aerosol can contact height measurer controls the size of the can mouth in the producing process of the aerosol can. It gives effective control of improving the matching accuracy of the can mouth and the aerosol valve and the prevention of leakage.

Conductor

The conductor is mainly used for detecting whether the spraying of the inner wall of the aluminum tube is consequent or not. The aluminum tube which can be detected has a diameter ranging from 11mm to 35mm and a tube length ranging from 45mm to 200mm. The aluminum can which can be detected has a diameter ranging from 22mm to 66mm and a can length ranging from 55mm to 260mm.

The conductor is good-looking and convenient to carry. It displays by number and has stable performance. The operation of it is very easy. Its reading is accurate and only and the accuracy can achieve 0.1mA. Using this equipment can improve the quality control level of the process of internal spray.
