Rotary Screw Air Compressor, 0.5 MPa, HNS/D Series

HNS/D series rotary screw air compressor from HANOS is a combination of lower discharge pressure and higher air delivery design, it can improve the productivity by 40% when compared with other air compressors on the market. Our rotary screw air compressor with a maximum pressure of 0.5MPa is available in power range of 7.5kW-200kW.

Many industrial manufacturing processes only need compressed air with a maximum pressure of 0.5MPa while the pressure provided by most air compressors on the market is 0.8MPa. The generation of compressed air can account for more than 40% of electricity bill and excess air pressure can further increase the energy consumption. In order to save unnecessary energy consumptions, HANOS has developed an efficient rotary screw air compressor with lower discharge pressure and higher air delivery, which can improve the productivity of air compressors by 40%.

This 0.5 MPa air compressors have been widely used in plastics, glass, textile, chemical industries and more. Rotary screw air compressors are found in different applications of textile industry, such as clamping, spinning and weaving.

Glass bottles are blown and molded by low-pressure compressed air.

Low-pressure compressed air is used in some processes of chemical manufacturing, such as filter-pressing and conveying.

Rotary screw compressors help to improve the cement conveying efficiency.

Smart electric control system

Electric control system adopts LCD human-machine interface for users to easily get operation information including temperature, pressure, running time, auto fault diagnosis. Controlled by microcomputer, our electric control system provides protection functions and auto alarms, including open-phase, overload, motor unbalance, high voltage, low voltage, high discharge temperature (>110℃), high discharge pressure protection, etc. The air compressor also has an emergency-stop button to ensure the operational safety.
