Our pulsed TIG inverter welder is designed and produced for great durability. Designed with an innovative and intuitive digital control panel, it also features easy operation. It is widely used for welding varieties of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, titanium, etc.

In addition, the IGBT welding machine is able to generate pulsed arcs periodically, which will significantly reduce workpiece deformation during welding process. As a result, the TIG welding machine can be applied in demanding situations in need of high welding quality. It is especially suitable for welding thin metal plate.

Features Our AC/DC PGD series arc welding machine can work in different modes, which are MMA, HF TIG and Lift-TIG. Operator is able to toggle between 2T and 4T modes as required. 2T mode is suitable for short seam welding, while 4T mode is more suitable for long seam welding. The innovative digital control panel is designed with less control buttons, allowing for digital display of welding current in a more intuitive and reliable way, which further ensures much easier operation. High frequency and high voltage are applied for arc striking, ensuring fast dynamic response, ease of arc striking, stable and reliable arc and small welding spatter.
