The Deutz diesel powered generator diesel was imported from Deutz AG, which was founded in 1864 and is one of the first internal combustion engine manufacturers in the world. Features
Deutz alternators feature a simple structure and reliability, which greatly reduces maintenance work. The various accessories are all easy to repair, maintain and mount, and with the exception of the bearing shell and crankshaft, dismantling and mounting of parts can be easily accomplished without having to take the engine apart. Low noise: Deutz generators use an industrial sound level suppressor, which connects the exhaust pipe to a flexible bellow using flexible connectors in order to achieve a noise reduction of up to 15-20dBA through a silencer. Low oil consumption: Deutz diesel powered generators feature some of the lowest oil consumptions (fuel oil, vehicle motor oil) worldwide (Max. oil consumption: 198G/KW*H, with the oil consumption under declared working conditions no more than 1G/KW*H). Long service life: Deutz generators feature a long service life of more than 24,000 hours before the first overhaul period. Excellent starting performance: When the environmental temperature is no less than -10℃, the generator features an automatic startup within 10 seconds without the use of any auxiliary devices. Users can also choose an electrical startup or a pneumatic motor startup. Excellent low load condition performance: This engine uses a “HALLO high-low load optimal vortex”, which features a simple structure, easy operation, and practical, effective performance to make it a low speed, high torque engine with a low load. This allows the engine to continuously operate for a long period of time, even when the power is 20% than the nominal power.

Perfect plateau adaptability: The engine has an air inlet reflux function, which is suitable for use in severe environments. Excellent cold starting performance: The Deutz engine has an excellent cold starting performance, and requires no additional starting systems. It is free of water leaking, scaling or freezing, making it easy to maintain. High reliability: Technology used in the engine was first introduced from Germany, with the key components all imported, including the crankshaft, piston ring, and bearing shell. We have also obtained ISO and military quality system certification, with all of our products passing a bench test. Environmentally friendly and low fuel consumption: Deutz engines feature an ultra-low fuel consumption when compared to engines of the same power. Interchangeability: Engine parts we offer are all interchangeable, with the exception of the crankshaft parts. Interchangeable parts include the cylinder liner, piston, piston ring, piston pin, and engine belt. Each cylinder is equipped with a cylinder head that is easy to maintain, thus reducing repair and maintenance costs. Technical support: Equipped with 8 opening P oil injectors featuring a 4 valve, inner oil pipe, inner water channel, with the V shape compactly and properly structured, with bare engine emission meet the Euro 2 or 3 stage.
