Introduction
During the grain processing after polishing, it is inevitable that there will be grain particles that are abnormally colored. A grain sorter thus uses photoelectric detection technology to sort out these particles. The wide channel design of SMY-RSC grain separating color sorter is used for a blanking channel, and significantly improves the output for a sorting accuracy of up to 99.98%.

The SMY-RSC grain color sorter features a 5400 CCD sensor and LED light source, ensuring the high pixel and strong light source reduce costs and improve the stability. It is equipped with a hopper sensor to ensure that the material evenly enters the detection channel. The feeding channel of the color sorter is designed with wide channel in order to significantly increase the output to anywhere between 8 to 15 tons/hour. The grain processing machine is equipped with high-quality magnetic injection valve, which can quickly and accurately remove impurities, as well as extend the service life. The grain color sorter uses micron cameras with an equivalent to 160 million pixels, allowing it to recognize up to 130 million colors and scan at a speed of 30,000 times/second. This color sorter features point to point dust collection, which improves the duct collection efficiency up to 20%, thus ensuring a clean factory environment.
User can remotely monitor, service and operate the color sorter.
The grain color sorting machine automatically detects the material impurity ratio, thus significantly improving the separation accuracy, reduces the gas consumption by 20% - 25%, and ensures the ratio remains small.
