Features

During milling and polishing, a great deal of heat is produced, which leads to a significant temperature difference between rice grain surfaces and interiors, which reads to a high degree of broken rice. The vertical emery roll rice whitening effectively controls the surface temperature, thus reducing the broken rice rate.
It features a movable sieve frame that is easily adjustable, and a flake roller structure to ensure a better whitening effect and lower broken rice rate.
Discharging is an axial discharge that is smooth, with less crushing and a better chaff discharge performance.
The rice whitening machine is equipped with an ammeter and negative pressure indicator that allow users to monitor the machine for any debugging or maintenance needs in real time.
