Introduction

During the grain processing, it is inevitable that there will be grain particles that are abnormally colored. A grain sorter thus uses photoelectric detection technology to sort out these particles after grain polishing process. Main components of this grain color sorter machine include the vibrator, slide-way, lens and sensor, lighting system, spray valve, and main control board.

The grain color sorter features a 5400 CCD sensor and LED light source, ensuring the high resolution and strong light source reduce costs and improve the stability.
The color sorter has an automatic detection device, which will automatically detect any faults in the ejector, air pressure, lens and other major components.
The grain color sorting machine uses a magnetic injection valve, and can quickly and accurately remove any foreign bodies. This extends the service life.
The color sorter uses micron cameras with an equivalent to 160 million pixels, allowing it to recognize up to 130 million colors and scan at a speed of 30,000 times/second.
It automatically detects the material impurity ratio, thus significantly improving the separation accuracy, reduces the air consumption by 20% - 25%, and ensures the ratio remains small.
