This automatic glass sealant spreading machine is solely controled by PLC control system, the operation is convenient, and it is equipped with a detection bar which can automatically detect the alumina bar height and manipulator which is used for glass feeding. It is applicable for manufacturing two-layer insulating glass, three-layer insulating glass and super thick insulating glass. It can be matched with single component coating machine and two component coating machine.

The operation system is a CNC system which is based on the Windows Ce system, it has advantages of “one-key” operation, very fast responding and high precision, etc. Glue coating nozzle can move forward and backward, which ensures the insulating glass postion is always precise with less than 2mm errors. The detection pole touches the aluminum bar to automatically detect the height of the aluminum bar. Besides, the detection pole is connected with computer, so it can automatically input the detected height and timely adjust the coating amount to make sure the edge smooth.
