Description
The MDI all weather running track uses the MDI modification technology and porous buffering in conjunction with a strong structure in order to create a new generation of IAAF certified professional running track surface materials. These features offer an outstanding cushion protection for sports, and the innovative MDI modified materials offer a high strength to the site for use, ensuring the track is always in peak condition.

Basic structure

① Surface layer
Material: polyurethane bound track surfacing
Features: excellent wear resistance, ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance. It can be used all day.

② Strengthening layer
The fully enclosed seamless structure will increase the overall strength.

③ Porous buffering layer
The MDI modification technology is perfectly integrated with a porous buffering and resilient structure.

④ Waterproof binder
Material: one-component polyurethane binder
Features: excellent waterproof performance, penetration will strengthen the bottom surface and improve the adhesiveness.

⑤ Foundation
Cement and asphalt

Characteristics

The MDI all weather running track uses an integrated seamless molding process that allows it to lie flat on the ground, thus ensuring the smoothness and uniformity of the track.
The fully enclosed and seamless structure can effectively isolate damage caused by rain and other environmental factors, making it durable and easy to repair without having to replace the entire track.
This product is resistant to moisture degradation, and will prevent joint arching, seepage, and other quality problems arising from exposure to moisture.
