Refrigerated compressed air dryers are designed with a highly efficient refrigerant compressor and refrigerant accessories. With a pressure drop in the airflow channel at less than 0.02Mpa, the working efficiency is improved and electricity usage is reduced.
Working condition Inlet temperature Lower than 70℃ (high temperature); lower than 45℃ (low temperature)
Working pressure 6~10kg/cm²
Maximum pressure 1.0Mpa, 10kg/cm² (customized pressure is available)
Environment temperature 2~50℃
Refrigerant R22 (R407c, R134a customized refrigerant is provided)
Dew point temperature 2~10℃ (when air pressure is 7kg/cm²)
Advantages Refrigerated compressed air dryers use a high quality thermal expansion valve, which is able to automatically adjust refrigerant supply according to the dryer's actual load, making the air compressor more energy saving and energy efficient. This air dryer is designed with a superior electronic drain valve, which, after being set, can discharge the moisture accumulated in the compressed air in time, ensuring the dryness of the compressed air. The heat exchanger in the refrigerant compressed air dryer uses an 8mm thick copper pipe, ensuring the heat exchanger remains crack free. The filter in the air dryer features a small volume and large filtration area, which can filter moisture and impurities in the cooling system, making the air dryer cleaner and less prone to failure frequencies. The refrigerant compressed air dryer is able to automatically detect low oil pressures in the semi-hermetic compressor to make it more reliable and safe.

Notes In the specification chart, "G" stands for "screw threaded connection", while the "DN" stands for "nominal diameter of flange connection". There should be no less than 1m space left around the dryer unit for ventilation and maintenance. The dryer unit can be easily installed without the base. The stop valve must be installed in the dryer unit inlet and outlet. A bypass valve should also be mounted in the unit under the condition that the air displacement is not interrupted. This makes it easier to repair and maintain the equipment. If the model, parameters, specifications and colors of the air dryer changes, please refer to the machine for actual data. The rated air handling capacity should be adjusted when the working temperature and pressure exceeds the specified requirements. Atlas Greenair is able to provide customized air dryers with various specifications.
