Description

The blue forklift safety LED spotlight has 2 LEDs and the lens is specially designed convex in consideration of the size of light spot. The more convex the lens is, the more concentrated the spot is, and the smaller the light illumination range is. The warning light with 2 LEDs has more convex lens and more concentrated spot than that with 4, 6 and 8 LEDs, so it's suitable for use in places where the light is sufficient.

Cable: This light adopts double insulated silicone cable whose insulation layer is made of silica gel and it can work in the environment of -40~80 ℃.

Back shell: The back shell is made of die casting aluminum material with good heat dissipation, which can prevent LEDs from light decay after working for a long time.

Cover: The light cover is made of PC material which has good light transmittance and also shows anti-impact and anti-collision properties.

Bracket: The light bracket adopts stainless steel material which shows acid, alkali and corrosion resistant performance.

LED: We adopt American CREE LED whose lifetime is longer than 50,000 hours according to the product inspection instructions provided by CREE.

This warning light is equipped with reverse-polarity protection function. When the positive and negative poles are connected reversely, the light will stop working but won't burn out or hurt people, which is much safer. The lens has large convexity and adopts two degree spotlighting. It shows good light condensation performance and the brightness of spot center can reach 1000lux so that it can play a good warning role. This LED warning light has excellent corrosion resistant and waterproof properties. It shows IP68 waterproof rating and can effectively prevent water even in 1 meter depth of water. This light has very low current that is 0.5A when the voltage is 12V. The low power consumption contributes to energy saving and environment protection. This light adopts universal bracket with installation instructions, which is convenient to install. This forklift safety light can emit spot at a distance of around 4.5~5m to warn pedestrians, which can effectively prevent accidents.
