Vertical Wrapper, Vertical form fill and seal machine（VFFS）

The vertical flow wrapper packs products into bags, and is also known as a vertical form, fill and seal machine (VFFS for short). It is primarily used to package loose, granular, powder, liquid, and other products that are otherwise difficult to handle.

Packaging all of these materials also requires counting or weighing to ensure each bag receives the same quantity, which is why we offer optional weighing scales and auger fillers.

Features

The packing speed and bag length can be set on the touch screen without having to change any equipment components. The PLC control system saves data parameters for different products, meaning there is no need to reset parameters for product changeover.
An automatic stop function ensures a safe operation and reduces film wastage.
The independent temperature controller with a heat balance allows for different packing materials.
Bag diversification provides customers with pillow bags, punched bags, linking bags and other bag types.
This machine is available with a variety of optional auto feeding systems for different product packaging applications.
Weighing accuracy 0.4 to 1.0 grams.
