Features

All of our SAE straight male ORFS fittings are processed using NC lathes.
All products are made of high quality 45# carbon steel.
Surface treatment: The surfaces of SAE straight male ORFS fittings are achieved through exposure to a fully automatic rack plating production line. The galvanization uses a trivalent chromium environmental zinc that is silvery white in appearance. Salt spray test results show that the fittings lasted more than 72 hours before showing signs of white rust, and more than 96 hours before showing signs of red rust.
Product packaging: The subcoat of the hose fittings is sealed with a plastic film and the external layer is wrapped with carton. We use wooden pallets as the final packaging, so that even after long term transportation, including by sea, the products will not be corroded due to exposure to a damp environment.
