LDJ series Portable Autoclave

Description

The LDJ series portable autoclave comes installed with a timer. When the set sterilizing time is reached, the power is automatically cut off. Meanwhile the buzzer alarms to report that the sterilization is finished.

Application

The LDJ series portable autoclave uses pressure saturated steam to rapidly and efficiently sterilize objects. It is useful in hospitals, health centers, factories, scientific research centers, and other departments for thorough sterilization. This autoclave can sterilize medical instruments, dressings, glass ware, solutions, and culture mediums. It can also help supply clean drinking water for consumption and other applications.

Features of LDJ series portable autoclave
This autoclave is equipped with a pressure controller to automatically maintain constant temperature and pressure control when it reaches the set pressure. The portable autoclave features a safety valve, steam release valve and pressure gauge. The safety valve will automatically release the excessive pressure to ensure safety when the pressure of the steam exceeds 0.165MPa. The MPa and temperature readings are set on the gauge calibration to make it convenient for reading various data. Made of stainless steel material, the autoclave has advantages of resistance to acid, alkali and corrosion, and easy maintenance, etc. The main mechanical performance is over three times higher than the aluminum alloy, so the safety and life span are optimized.
