The main filter material of the dust collector cartridge filter is PET, with features of high filtration efficiency, large ventilation and not easy to break, the service life is long.

Youjie is very familiar with the production process of this filter, we can mass produce different sizes products to adapt to different specifications of dust collector or environmental friendly dust removal equipment. This series of cartridge filters can be widely used in various metal powder spraying workshops, painting workshops and other industrial sites that have dust pollution problems.

Configuration Structure: The inner diameter of the upper end is 215mm, the lower bottom cap is designed with a 16mm diameter screw hole so it can be lifted with a screw. The whole design is for easy installation. Filter media: Using PET filter material, the filtration efficiency of dust particles with a diameter of 0.5μm can reach over 99%. End caps: Usually choose metal upper and bottom caps due to its good sealing, strong and durable features. Specification
