Solar Lighting System

Guangzhou Kaiming Industries specializes in the production of customized solar lighting products. We provide superior cost-effective lighting solutions as our team can design products independently and we have our own PCB board processing equipment like reflow ovens and surface mounters.

Manufacturing proces
1. We utilize a solder paste printer which can automatically paste solder PCBs.

2. Our factory has a specialized SMT workshop equipped with a reflow soldering machine, which can solder, fasten and assemble PCB board chips. With the SMT workshop, temperature is controlled precisely and stably which ensures an efficient and well-proportioned soldering effect.

3. Seasoned staff assemble the circuit board.

4. Charge and discharge experiment as well as light test will be set on the solar powered lighting system, after which, the system's function and outlook will be inspected to ensure our products meet our quality requirements.
