Architectural Aluminum Extrusion Framing

In addition to doors, windows and grills, aluminum extrusions have many other applications in construction industry.

Taking the most common 6063 aluminum alloy as an example, due to its excellent corrosion resistant property and medium strength structure, it's often used as metal formwork that can be used for daylighting of greenhouse farms and large outdoor buildings.

White Peak uses extruding machines to extrude aluminum alloy raw materials at a high temperature. The materials are then cooled and treated through a size cutting and aging process in order to ensure that the physical properties of aluminum extrusions including hardness, strength and toughness meet customer requirements.

In addition, we will carry out hardness test, tensile test and drift test according to customer requirements, and provide the test reports.

5000 or 6000 series heat treated aluminum alloy can be chosen.
For example: 5052/6063/6061/6082/6005/6463

920 ton extruding machine for 4.5'' aluminum extrusions.
1100 ton extruding machine for 5'' aluminum extrusions.
2100 ton extruding machine for 7'' aluminum extrusions.
3000 ton extruding machine is under construction.
