Application
The high pressure micro powder grinding mill is designed to grind many kinds of minerals into powders with the finest particle size of final products reaching up to 2500 mesh(about 5 um).

Applicable materials
The high pressure micro powder grinding mill is mainly used to grind limestone, calcite, coal ash, desulphurization of calcium carbide, kaolin, calcium carbonate, coal gangue, gypsum, slag powder, coal dust, bentonite clay, barite, talcum and refractory materials.

Advantages
The roller pressure on materials will increase by 800-1200kg with the action of the high pressure spring compared with similar grinder mills. Mesh size of feed can be large and the diameter of the final powder can reach up 6.5um on average. Energy consumption of the system is only 1/3 of the airflow powder grinding mill when they have the same output and the final powder has the same fineness. The high pressure micro powder grinding mill is equipped with a seal grinding device so that the sealing performance is good.
