Application
The coarse grinding rod mill, is used to crush and kibble ore in the first step of mineral mining processes. It is especially suitable for processing brittle materials. The coarse grinding mill is widely used in refractory materials, chemical engineering, metallurgy, glass, coarse grinding operations with high requirements for final product uniformity, and the production of building sands.

Applicable materials
The coarse grinding rod mill is often used in grinding mineral powder, slag, coal slime, ferrotitanium powder, aggregate and more.

Advantages
High energy-saving efficiency: the coarse grinding rod mill saves 50% more energy than traditional grinding mills during operation. The curvature of the conical head is small, which ensures the steel bar can carry out normal operations in the grinding mill. Various work modes: users can choose between a dry coarse grinding rod mill or wet coarse grinding rod mill according to their actual situation. The wet coarse grinding rod mill’s diameter of central ore discharge is large, making it easy to maintain, and if necessary, repair. Additionally, the coarse grinding rod mill lowers the liquid levels in ore pulp in order to rapidly discharge the ore. Even fineness of products: the fineness of products are uniform and there is little risk of over grinding.
