Air Flotation Mineral Processing Equipment

Application
Air flotation mineral processing equipment is suitable for rough concentration and scavenging in large and medium flotation plants, and is widely used for sorting non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, and nonmetallic minerals. This equipment is often used in the manufacturing of cement, silicate products, new construction materials, refractory materials, chemical fertilizer, black and nonferrous metal separation, glass, ceramics and more.

Applicable materials
Copper ore, pyrrhotite, hematite, limonite, molybdenum ore, gold ore, iron ore, lead-zinc ore and so on.

Advantages
The air flotation equipment has a simple structure with an outstanding agitation ability. Air disperses evenly for an excellent air and pulp mixing. Less sediment in the tailing and lower circular velocity reduces the power consumption. It is more effective to sort out useful minerals and gangue minerals by using flotation reagents properly in the flotation process. Vulnerable parts have small wear and a long service life.
